About TalkGLP2Me

Hey there, and welcome to TalkGLP2Me!

If you landed here, chances are you’re somewhere on the GLP-1 journey. Maybe just starting out, maybe a few months in, maybe you’re deep in the side effect trenches wondering why nobody warned you it would feel like this.

I’ve been there. That’s exactly why this blog exists.

My Story

A few years ago, I started my own GLP-1 journey. I was hopeful, a little nervous, and completely unprepared for what came next.

The nausea hit fast. The fatigue was real. I couldn’t figure out what to eat because nothing sounded good but I also knew I needed protein, and I had no idea how to make that work on a stomach that had basically staged a full rebellion.

I spent hours searching for help. I found a lot of clinical language, a lot of before-and-after photos, and almost nothing that felt like real talk from a real person who actually got it.

So I started taking notes. What helped. What didn’t. What I wished someone had told me before that first injection. And eventually, those notes became TalkGLP2Me.

Start Here

If you’re new to GLP-1 medications, the first few weeks can feel like a lot. Appetite changes, weird food aversions, nausea, fatigue. It’s not always talked about openly.

I created a free guide that walks through what the first 30 days on GLP-1 can actually look like, including what helps with side effects and what to eat when nothing sounds good.

Enter your email below and I’ll send the guide straight to you.

What You’ll Find Here

This isn’t a medical blog. I’m not a doctor, and I’ll never pretend to be. What I am is someone who has lived this journey. The good weeks, the rough patches, the wins, and the “why is this so hard” moments.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • GLP-1 Basics: Plain-English explanations of how these medications work, what to expect, and how to navigate the early weeks without losing your mind
  • Side Effect Support: Real tips for managing nausea, fatigue, constipation, and all the other fun stuff nobody puts in the brochure
  • Recipes & Meal Ideas: High-protein, small-volume meals that actually sound good even when your appetite is MIA
  • Fitness on GLP-1: How to move your body, protect your muscle, and find a routine that works when your energy is all over the place
  • Product Recommendations: The exact tools, supplements, and Amazon finds that made this journey easier (with honest opinions, always)
